Post Sales Support Executive

We are looking for candidates with minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer handling, customer support and grievance handling, customer retention, lead generation.

Job Description:

• Cold Calling to new clients and existing clients for lead generation, customer retention and grievance handling.
• Compile daily lists of leads and get timely updates on the leads status from the sales team.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking and social media platforms.
• Provide customer service by staying connected with the customers.
• Providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process.

Pre- requisites:

• Work from home for non NCR candidates.
• Laptop and good internet connectivity
• If NCR Region then hybrid working mode.
