Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking Manager – SEO to lead data-driven and AI-powered SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with next-generation SEO practices, leveraging automation, AI insights, and predictive analytics to deliver sustainable organic growth. You will oversee strategy, execution, and performance optimization while leading and upskilling a team to achieve new performance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies across multiple projects and domains.
- Drive continuous improvement through performance tracking and optimization.
- Maintain strong expertise in on-page and off-page SEO.
- AI-Driven SEO & Automation
- Integrate AI tools for: Keyword clustering, Content optimization, Competitor analysis,Workflow
automation
- Apply predictive analytics to forecast traffic trends, conversions, and growth opportunities.
- Work on LLM-based content optimization and leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to scale content
workflows.
- Implement automation to improve reporting, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Technical SEO & Performance Optimization
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits.
- Implement AI-assisted solutions for performance improvement.
- Ensure website health with expertise in: XML sitemaps, Schema markup, Robots.txt,Canonicals, Core Web
Vitals
- Stay updated with AI-driven search engines and changes (Google SGE, Bing Copilot, Perplexity, etc.).
- Tools & Reporting
- Use industry-standard tools including: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs,SEMrush, Moz
- Build performance dashboards and actionable insights from large datasets.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with Content, Design, and Development teams to drive aligned SEO outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and upskill the SEO team.
- Ensure adoption of AI tools and automation across the team.
- Testing & Optimization
- Design and execute A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
- Measure impact and optimize strategies based on results.
- Industry Awareness
- Stay updated with: Google algorithm changes, AI-SEO trends, MarTech advancements
- AI & Automation Expertise
- Proven experience using AI in marketing strategy including: Personalization, Content recommendations,
Predictive analytics, Search optimization
- Proactive in adopting emerging tools to improve SEO performance.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to: Interpret large datasets, Identify growth opportunities,
Convert insights into execution strategies, Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Certifications (preferred but not mandatory): Google Analytics, HubSpot, Moz, Other SEO/Digital
Marketing certifications
- Hands-on experience with AI-based tools including: ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity, Gemini, Jasper, Copy.ai
- Knowledge of: International SEO, Multi-region and multi-language SEO strategies
