Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive resource who can continuously research the IT & Cybersecurity training market, identify new training opportunities, analyse competitors, and identify suitable trainers to deliver new programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research emerging technologies, certifications and trending training areas.
- Identify and suggest new courses, workshops and bootcamps that we should consider launching.
- Conduct competitor analysis covering courses, certifications, pricing, formats and trainers.
- Track market trends and identify gaps/opportunities in our existing training portfolio.
- Identify and build a database of relevant trainers/industry experts for new training areas.
- Evaluate potential trainers based on expertise, certifications, experience and training capability.
- Reach out to potential trainers and share suitable resources with the Training team.
- Prepare concise market/trend reports and new training recommendations for management.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT/Cybersecurity training, L&D, market research, technical recruitment/resource management or a related field.
- Good understanding of the IT & Cybersecurity training/certification ecosystem.
- Strong research, competitor analysis and networking skills.
- Proactive, curious and able to identify “what should we launch next?”
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Key Outcome::
- Identify what the market needs → recommend what we should launch → identify who can deliver it.
