Jr. UI Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Jr. UI Developer to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and front-end execution by turning Figma mockups into responsive web layouts and high-converting HTML Email Mailers. If you are passionate about clean coding, pixel-perfect layouts, and have a solid grasp of core web technologies, we want you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

Figma to Code: Efficiently convert Figma designs, wireframes, and prototypes into clean, structured HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap layouts.
Email Mailer Development: Code and maintain responsive, cross-client compatible HTML Email Templates for marketing campaigns.
Add Interactivity: Apply JavaScript basics to handle interactive web elements like forms, navigation toggles, and simple animations.
Responsive Optimization: Ensure all web assets and email templates are optimized for seamless desktop and mobile layouts.
Email Client Testing: Check and debug layouts across standard platforms (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) to ensure consistent formatting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Core Front-End: Strong foundational proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 (layouts, flexbox, typography).
• Frameworks: Practical experience using Bootstrap for fast, mobile-friendly development.
• JavaScript: Sound understanding of JavaScript basics (DOM manipulation, event handling, forms).
• Design Tools: Familiarity with Figma to inspect design elements, copy styles, and export visual assets.
• Email Crafting: Basic understanding of Table-based HTML structure required for stable email template delivery.

Compensation & Experience:

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years (Talented freshers with a strong portfolio of live projects or templates are highly encouraged to apply).
• CTC – 2.5 LPA
