Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role focuses on promoting our Cybersecurity, ISMS, IT, and Project Management training courses in a B2C environment. It is an individual contributor role with monthly and quarterly targets, along with attractive performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Engage with prospects via calls, emails, social media, and live chat
- Participate in marketing activities such as webinars and workshops
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to close sales
- Maintain accurate records and reports in the system
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the education/training industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with a result-driven approach
- Laptop with reliable internet connectivity
- Passion for technology and cybersecurity
- Knowledge of ISMS/Cybersecurity training is an advantage
