Summary

He started his career with HCL, as a Graduate Trainee Intern, in 1990 but soon got the opportunity of a lifetime to serve the country in a prestigious government sector. It was a glorious period of 11 years which put him through different roles as a professional. This period helped him to learn skills of negotiations, strategy planning and analysis.

Thereafter, He moved on to the Corporate world and had the privilege to work the best organizations in their respective domains: CBRE (Facilities Management), Airtel (Telecom Data Centers Operations Management) & GreyOrange (Robotics – manufacturing). The major part of his career was as Head of Data Centers’ operations (10 years). I am a Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP by EPI).

During journey of 25 years, He wore few different hats – facilities operations, mission critical buildings operations, safety, security, process implementation, Information Security, Risk Management, operational excellence, auditing, training, teaching & mentoring. Now He is a dedicated trainer, conducting training programs/ workshops based on experiential learning and interactive discussions and activities. He also conducts audits and implementation of ISO Management Systems – ISMS, QMS, RMS, BCMS, EnMS and OHSAS. He is a certified Lead Auditor.
